V 3M Digital Art Show 2014 / Brand Concept and Identity

Conceptual creation and development of all identity pieces of the V 3M Digital Art Show involving site, catalog and signage at the Tomie Ohtake Institute

The theme Entropia was defined together with the curatorial team to represent the graphic identity of the Mostra. The entropy for the project is the representation of the excess caused by love. Excess of feelings, wills, thoughts and actions.

The disconnected thoughts, the contradictory sensations and the spontaneity in expressing themselves are arguments that make us perceive the disordered connotation of feeling.

On the internet, chaos is not unique, it is enveloped by too much information. The behavior can be romantic, excessive and spontaneous at the same time. The super exhibition turned everything into information, manifestation and history. The overlap of all this, the lack of hierarchy and the loss of information reflect the entropy of the relationship in digital media.

As a result, the identity created reveals this chaotic context between love and digital. Lack of grid, fragmentation of information and images, distortion | error and randomness manifest this intention. The image mural tells each story without having a single focus, everything is important and everything has an individual and collective meaning. The clipping in the image represents this unique view, and the entire panel, the whole. The same story may have different experiences and different experiences may have the same story.
